The Wall Township Fire Bureau enforces the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code and all applicable local codes throughout the township. Our work includes complaint investigations, routine fire inspections, fire-lane enforcement, smoke detector and carbon monoxide compliance, public education, and fire-cause investigations.
Serving all three fire districts
The Bureau of Fire Prevention, governed by Wall Township Fire District No. 3, provides fire-inspection services to all three township fire districts through shared-services agreements.
A committee consisting of two commissioners from each participating fire district oversees major operating matters including budget development and report review, while serving in a policy-advisory role.
